CONSULTATION

I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to gather some information regarding presenting concerns and provide an opportunity for perspective clients to ask any initial questions they may have prior to the first session. The aim of this consultation is to discover if I could be the right counselor for your specific needs. INTAKE

Intake sessions are 60-minutes in duration, and are centered around gaining deeper understanding as to the presenting challenges of the client in order to collaborate on goals for therapy. All intake paperwork will be filled out prior to the first session, and an art Therapy directive may be assigned prior to this session. Client’s will be charged $150 for Intake session.

INDIVIDUAL

Therapy sessions are focused on serving adult individuals, aged 18 and older. I do not provide counseling for relational systems, adolescents, or children. Counseling sessions are scheduled on the hour, and are 50 minutes in duration. Clients will be charged $150 for each Individual Session.

TELE-HEALTH FORMAT

Tele-health services will be provided using a HIPPA Compliant platform. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration, and are accessible to clients living within the state of Washington.  For those with needs outside of the video conference format, HIPPA compliant telephone therapy can be arranged. Clients will receive a secure link via email prior to each therapy session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with more the 48 hour notice, you will not be charged for your appointment. If you cancel with less then 24 hour notice, you will be charged in full for missed session.

INSURANCE & SLIDING-SCALE

I accept both insurance and private clients. For private pay clients, my rate is 150 per session, with some sliding scale spaces available. Additionally, superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement.

All insurance clients are processed through Headway.
